US Immigration from Mexico

Hi all, my wife (beneficiary) and I (petitioner) just got her CR-1 interview appointment at the Madrid consulate. However, we recently moved out of Spain at the beginning of this year (I got a new job in the US, she temporarily returned to her home country while we finished waiting for the interview, neither of us are Spanish but both had residence permits). We will return to Spain to do her interview as our residence permits are still valid, however, we no longer have a permanent address or phone number in Spain. Has anyone had a similar experience, and how did you get around issues such as visa delivery? Can the visa be picked up or will it only be mailed?

Hi all, oddball question here.

My wife's family is in Tijuana, and they had their B-2 visas (Border Crossing Cards) stolen a week ago. They're supposed to come with us on a cruise that's leaving in just under 5 weeks, and the wait time for replacement B-2 visas is approximately 18 months, which isn't exactly going to work.

I'm trying to figure out if a C-1 visa would be usable for them to enter at a land port of entry (San Ysidro), where they would proceed directly to the cruise port (San Diego). I'm getting conflicting information on the Internet, and heaven knows nobody at a consulate will answer my calls...so I'm hoping someone here may know.

Cruise was booked and paid for when they still had visas, and now it's late enough that they'd have to forfeit almost all the money they paid if they don't go so we're hoping there's some viable solution. The C-1 looks like as close as we can get if it works. Does anyone know?

Hello everyone, am a 32 year old looking to get my green card soon. Anyways I ve been married to my wife who is a US citizen for over 12 years and I was once getting ready to file paperwork but stop in the transition. I entered illegally when I was 4-5 years old and when I was juvenile I made some mistakes including a juvenile felony for burglary(young and dumb) anyways my last ticket for driving without a license was when I was 18 years old. It s been a long time since I ve had contact with law enforcement. I pay taxes every year and bought my house last year. Anyways have any of you had an experience or know someone that was able to adjust without issues?

I petitioned my parents on 2021. Our priority date is June 21, 2021. Both thier cases got aproved and DQ by NVC on Oct 1st, 2022. We are waiting for their interview to be scheduled at Cd. Juarez. Any idea of when to expect their interview to be shceduled? Anyone around these dates has gotten their interview scheduled?

If I remember well, at some point of filling out the forms and everything for the petition of my mom I checked a box (somewhere) in which you could opt to have the applicant's SSN processed after becoming a resident, am I right? Are they doing that now? She had her interview and was approved a couple of weeks ago and I don't know if we should expect her SS card to come in the mail or if I should take her to the Social Security Administration office.

I appreciate any guidance on this.
