US Immigration from Malaysia

Bit of context: I'm 18 and a child of a US citizen who left before 14

I know for I-130 it can be filed anywhere but for the affidavit of support later during NVC processing, I require a financial sponsor who is living in the United States. The issue is my parent does not want to move back to the US (She only got her citizenship via her birth certificate) for political and personal beliefs, is it possible to get a joint sponsor for I864 as I know some family members living in the United States who are citizens/LPRs?

Hi everyone, especially the ones in PA,

I want to get a driving license and was wondering do I have to go through all the process? (written test, 65 hours driving practice, driving test etc) or could I possibly just get one because I have a driving license from my origin country?

Curious what she can do while we wait for AOS approval? No SSN yet.

But curious if she can apply for driver's license, open bank account, etc. Or do we need to wait for the SSN to enable all these rights?

I keep hearing that they prefer tax transcripts but want to be sure which ones to attach for last three years.

The Account transcripts are one-pagers and the others have more detail. Curious what people have submitted?

I'm about to submit my I-485 and also planning to go the same for I-765 and I-131.

Is it recommended to submit them altogether or do the I-765 and I-131 online?
