Hello everyone, Have any of you apply for N400 (citizenship) while waiting for your I-751 (removal of condition) being processed? I applied for removal of condition on October 2020 and wondering if I can just start the process for the citizenship right away. Thank you for your help!

Hi, I m a Malaysian and a US green card holder and has petitioned ( F2B ) my 23 year-old unmarried Malaysian daughter ( who still resides in Malaysia ) to get her green card on June 17th 2021. I ve been trying to get hold of any kind of information on how long does this kind of process ( F2B ) take for Malaysians and I can t seem to find anything anywhere ( or maybe I didn t try hard enough?!? ) Anyway, I would very much appreciate if there s anyone who can shed a light on this.

I'm starting to get a little bit worried about the I-134 form. I have one son and my fiance has two children so I believe we have a household of five. I make about half of the 100 percent poverty limit in income for that size household, and my son and I are on medical assistance. If I take my earned income plus child support that I receive, minus that from the 100 percent guideline, and take the left over amount times five, I have $20,000 over that in savings. However, doing that same formula with the 125 percent guideline, I come about $20,000 short. I was thinking we would be ok because I can meet the 100 percent guidelines for the I-134 and then we can use his assets when applying for AOS, but now that I'm reading more about it, I'm not sure it's that simple. Can assets make up for that much of a deficit in income? And, it sounds like we need to show we can meet the 125 percent poverty guideline right away for the visa interview? I'm not sure if we'll be able to get a co sponsor. It doesn't look good right now. If we can't, should I start looking for a higher paying job? I'm planning to stop the medical assistance. Is it required that we have some form of health insurance? Or, is it enough that we're not on the government assistance? Is it a possibility for me to sponsor just my fiance, then we bring his children over later after he is earning an income? Advice please. I'm not worried about how we'll actually survive. We have that figured out. I'm just worried about being able to pass the form.
