Hello, This is for the June 2021 K-1 filers. Welcome! Just know the lockbox is delayed a couple weeks, so you may not receive your NOA-1 right away. However, your case will be backdated to the received date. Example I-129 F Sent - June 3rd 2021 I-129 F Received by lockbox - June 5, 2021 I-129 F - Notice Date - June 14, 2021 In this example your NOA-1 should be June 5, 2021. Forget about the notice date. USCIS goes by "received date" not the notice date. This will help you properly fill out your timeline.

I need help please. My mom filed i824 follow to join for my brother and I. It was approved on 28 of July 2020. The approval notice says that Your application was approved and the consulate listed above has been notified that Your status has been adjusted to that of lawful permanent resident. She adjusted her status under IB6. We contacted NVC but they told us that they don't have our case. Up to today's date, we have not heard from the consulate, USCIS ans NVC. What should we do about it. PD- feb 10 2020 Approval date- July 28 2020.
