US Immigration from Lebanon

Hello, I filed my I-130 online and have received an NOA1 on 12/6 but cannot find which service center will be processing my petition. The NOA1 lists the Nation Benefits Center in Kansas in the lower left corner. I ve tried submitting this question on the USCIS contact site and calling but since my question doesn t fit any of their pre determined questions I can t speak to a representative nor submit a question online. When I check the case status it just says They sent me a receipt. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I find which service center will be processing this? Thanks!

I am curreny filing for an F2A immigrant visa . My name when translated from Arabic to English was written differently from how it is spelled on my passport. Will this be an issue since it will take a long time to get it corrected

Hello today I m done the interview For GC Marriage license in California was good in the end of interview the officer she tell me I m missing one paper and we send you the letter in your mailbox in 2 weeks but your case was good and she gives me letter im done the interview i have question what means that and thank you.

I was forced to file 2020 tax as MFS, since my spouse did not have either Itin or SSN. Now she got SSN and I'd like to amend my 2020 tax return that has been already accepted to change filing status to MFJ.

I'm working on 1040X form. Also, I Wondering if we get the missing stimulus payments we missed in 2020? If so how can we do that?

Hello, I ve got dq in august 2021, for ir2 case based in lebanon. So I ve found a case like mine in lebanon also got dq 2 weeks before me in august and already got an interview letter but their case is ir1. Does that mean that I ll get mine soon? Or ir1 have more priority than ir2?

and another question , how us embassies work during holidays?
