Day before yesterday I received an update that everything was documentarily qualified. I went to my inbox on NVC and received a Case FE review note stating

This case does not meet the minimum income reauirement to sponsor the intending immiarants.

When I go inside the account everything is accepted and also received an email stating they will be working with the embassy for an interview for my husband. So could this be an error on their end? Why would they accept the sponsor if they did not meet the requirements. Has this happened to anyone else. Thank you

Hello, our approved petition is at the NVC awaiting us to complete the affidavit of support and IV application. This is an IR5 visa to bring my citizen husband s mother to the USA. We have paid the fees and would like to add a derivative family member, her spouse (not my husband s father). Under the FAQ it says to select add a derivative family member on the summary page next to the applicant s name but this button does not exist.

I ve searched the entire site, read all the FAQ s and can t find it anywhere. I called the NVC but they are not accepting any calls and they direct you to use their online contact form. I did this but it says they are currently answering inquiries from September 2021 Does anyone have any experience with this situation?

I was recently naturalized and I am looking to file I-130 Online for my mother and step-father (they married before I turned 18).

I have couple of questions and I was hoping someone here can help:

Address history: as the petitioner, I entered the 5 years history of addresses. However, that is needed for the beneficiary correct? I can only see that I have to enter her current address.

Supporting Documents for beneficiary: Just enter her name and address in the native language? should I upload her birth certificate or other documents?

Beneficiary's Family: I listed her spouse, should I list myself as a child and other siblings who are under 21 only or all siblings? Should I just enter my siblings and not myself?

Does any one know why birth-certificates and police certificates accepted back in February suddenly appeared as missing. The original ones still appear but new ones also appear as missing. I AM waiting to be reviewed after an rfe and suddenly noticed this issue.

Do i resubmit?

Will it set me back in line?

On 2022-06-02, I submitted all the documents required by the NVC so they can start the review process. Since then when I track status on the website it shows the following message : "Action required: Submit requested documents".

Is this an Error or would they change it once they actually start reviewing the documents. Also Will they actually let us wait the 6 months before they start reviewing the case?

Last question, how can we tell if a visa is available at the embassy for this category, I checked the Visa bulletin but couldn't find anything related to IR-5

Sorry for the numerous questions, just so frustrate, been waiting for a long time for the IR-5 with USCIS and now NVC.
