US Immigration from Laos

Hi,

Do you need the original birth certificate for the AOS Interview.? I sent the original when i summited the K1 process and I Never got it back?

I was told to go to the interview with paper copy and hand them the G-844 to be signed? Can someone please clarify? Thank you

I summited my wife's AOS back in February of 2020. We finally got a noticed for interview schedule yesterday but the problem now is Im currently not working. I still make more then the requirements even off my unemployment but do i still need a joint sponsor? If so, do i just have my joint sponsor fill out a I-864?

My parent are going to setup the medical exam. and there are thing to bring to the doctor. (below) But my question is i can use the email that was send to me with the interview time and date as visa interview letter from NVC? And also how to i get a copy of the DS-260 confirmation page everything was done online? thank you all in advance

Items to bring to your medical examination

The doctor will need the following items to complete the medical exam forms:

• Your visa interview letter from NVC,
• Your passport,
• Four (4) recently taken passport-sized color photographs,
• A copy of your immunization records, if available, and
• DS-260 confirmation page

My wife petition and interview is 100 percent complete already but due to there being a visa ban in Laos she can not be granted a visa yet I am thinking of relocating to California to live with my parent I am currently living in Alaska what form do I file for change of address or what do to make sure there is not issue after she receives a visa to come to the united state please and thank you.

My fiance passed her interview in Vientiane, Laos, but now she received a letter saying that she cannot be issued a a visa pursuant to the Secretary's order of March 17, 2020 under section 243(d) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the letter says The decision cannot be appealed. Her VISA case status in CEAC says refused. Does this mean we have to go through the whole process again or when the sanction is lifted, the consular office will review her case again? Would she have to go through the whole VISA interview again? Does anyone know when and if section 243(d) will be lifted in Laos.
