US Immigration from Kuwait

Hello

I do not have any records of my childhood vaccines from my home country and I absolutely cannot obtain it or ask for it.there is no records what so ever.

(I remember getting vaccines in school,I also have a vaccine stamp on my inner left forearm but not sure what s that vaccine for)

i have took an appointment to get my Covid vaccine shots and will get those soon.

I called major private hospitals here in Kuwait to see if they offer a titer test and they said they don t!
what can I do now?

Is it only based on the years of marriage?
or do couples who have been married for more than 2 years get a 10 years card?

I was under the impression that I need to take the covid vaccine to enter USA with my hopefully approved immigrant visa, till I read this

sooooo will I need it or not? I m confused.

would I be considered an immigrant?

im hoping they cancel the vaccine rules soon or I would just not need it.

Do I need to submit AOS and DS260 together at the same time? Or I have to wait till NVC reviews the AOS and the attached documents?
they are both paid for already.

not sure what should I do now?

the sponsor (US citizen husband) and I live overseas (Kuwait) currently.

We are at the step of submitting AOS documents and wondering if this will be enough to provide proof of domicile

ownership of property in the US (has both our names on it).

paid taxes.

US bank account with US mailing address.

anything else we could add to support our case?

Any info will be greatly appreciated!
