US Immigration from Jordan

So my husband and I had our interview October 6, 2021 for adjustment I-485 from K1. We thought everything went great until:

- The officer handed us a "file being held for review" letter.

- On November 16, 2021 we received an RFE and started preparing

- On December 13th uploaded everything onto the USCIS portal and met the deadline which was December 21st

- I waited 60 days as told then I called USCIS in January to check on things and agent confirmed he saw all evidence and send a notice to the interviewing officer to review and get back to us within 30 days

- I went to my post office and opened a letter today which was dated March 7th and it was a denial stating we never submitted the documents required by December 21st and therefore we are considered ABANDONED. (#######!!!)

- Letter also stated we can not appeal but can file a motion to reconsider I-290b.

What would you all do in this case besides the obvious which is file an I-290b. Should I create an infopass and go down to the USCIS office, hire a lawyer or??

My family had their EB-3 visa interview in December 2021, and they took our passports and said everything was ok. Since then the case status was READY. We tried to reach out to the embassy but no answer.

On March 13, 2022 only the main applicant's status changed to Administrative Processing. Any idea's about what is going on?

Hello my wife's case at NVC for CR1 visa was documentarily qualified on 23-AUG-2021 and still waiting for an interview appointment from the embassy in Amman, Jordan. I have submitted a few expedite requests to get an appointment time and all have been rejected. How long should this take? The embassy says they are waiting on the NVC and the NVC says they are waiting on the embassy. What else can I do to make this go by quicker since my wife has been in Jordan for 2 years now and we have not been able to spend more than 2 weeks at a time together

I had my interview in December9,2021 with my family for EB-3 immigrant visa.

My child medical record was deficient and it was updates 2 days later and was sent to the embassy.

The status remained refused until February 8,2022 it became ready. Since then nothing changed. Only one update on 16 february.

Any thoughts of why this is happening?

Visa Interviews (CR1)!!!

Hello everyone! I m gonna make this quick and short.

So I m wondering how much time are the visa interviews take these days or at least to my specific country which is Jordan . I ve been waiting for almost a year to get my case approved but we forgot to send a simple document so we got an RFE message and everything seems good so far but my main question here after getting (approved), how much time am I facing to get my interview scheduled? I ve heard that it could take up to a year but I hope that s not the case. Maybe every country is different? I just wanna get some answers based on experience or trusted source! Thanks
