US Immigration from Jamaica

Is anyone here from Albany NY local office that has been scheduled/had their N400 interview either just before COVID closures or is waiting on an interview to be scheduled? Just trying to get a sense of their actual processing times or where they were up to. I just moved from NYC so my case got transferred and while there's lots of info for NYC, the other NYS offices aren't as popular on here.

Hope everyone is doing well. I have a few questions. How soon after submitting documents to NVC for a child under 21 can you request to expedite the case? Our daughter is 11yrs old. Its been 5 years seen we last seen her, she haven't met her baby sister. We miss her dearly. On my way home from work she called me asking about her case and said she has been doing some research on the case and read that in some cases doesn't get approved. She then asked me if she case could be expedited. I was surprised. My stomach been in nots since I got home. Should I wait for NVC to review the documents before requesting our caes to be expedited or should I go ahead and request our case to be expedited? Both girls are excited to meet each other and we're ready to have them both under one roof.

Hello, has anyone ever petitioned for a family member (parent) who will be residing in a different state when arrived in the USA? Did this cause any issues? I-130 already filed, however the thought just came to mind that it might be an issue. I'm driving myself crazy with worry.

My son and I entered America at the same time. I recieved a 10 year green card and he received a 2 year. I filed august 2019 to remove conditions. When I checked status online it said that the money was refunded and it doesn't affect the status of case. I haven't received refund. I moved and even though I changed address on line they sent to the first address. After calling several times trying to see why it was refunded I found out today that the case was administrative closed in February. The case # MSC. What should I do?
