US Immigration from Jamaica

Hello guys

My husband who is now a US citizen petitioned for his mom, she case was approved by USCIS and forwarded to NVC. We are trying to submit a necessary documents so that her visa interview can get scheduled. We just need help with the I864 forms so that we can determine exactly which ones to fill out. Thanks in advance

I forgot to include a copy of my greencard in my i751 packet. My case was still accepted and assigned to the Vermont service center. Can someone please tell me how I go about sending in the copy as additional evidence? Would it be best to wait for the RFE?

My fianc went for her k1 visa appointment yesterday. She was approved however due to the medical expiring and the one month extension they to request the extension. She was informed she will have to leave her country by 17th of Oct. That they would work on getting it done and the visa returned to her . In addition I had to support a new affidavit of support, which was done within an hour after her interview and emailed to them . My concern is they won t have it done in time and I don t want to panic or hound them . my fianc says don t worry they know the date she needs to leave and it will be fine . I don t want to push the issue with her . But we didn t book the flight and I worry they will drag there feet returning her passport/visa to her .
Any advice ?

Hi I received notification from my online acct that I have a RFE request today saying my I-130A is missing pages 4 thru 6 can you tell me do I have to wait until I received the actual RFE in the mail to respond? Can I respond now or do I need to wait and attached the original request to the evidence??

My fianc and I got lucky last week and was able to book 1 of the very few open available dates for k1 visa interviews in Jamaica. We emailed the embassy to make sure it was real and they said they opened a few dates and to book one expeditiously and so we did! September 28,2020.

visa status on temporary refusal as they are awaiting 1 missing document from us!
