US Immigration from Jamaica

After applying for my husband s 10yr visa in 2019, he just getting a letter back from uscis to come in for an interview. He changed his address with uscis and he's been living in another state for almost a year! We been separated and living apart, but trying to find out if we going to work it out. I found out my husband cheated on me while we was together with a young girl from his old job. He is now being accused of being the father! I just found out all this last month in September about the baby and that he been still having the affair. Since being caught and the secrets is out the bag he claim to have cut the relationship off. Unexpectedly they are asking for an interview and I will not do anything but tell the truth and nothing but the truth! So I'm asking have anyone had experience with these interviews?

My husbands ROC was rejected because it was filled out on an out dated form. The letter we received back just states to resubmit on the correct forms. My question is it still considered timely seeing that it was due 10/16 and rejected 10/27 and we received it back in the mail 10/30 and there was a green letter that said at the very end " Please review the relevant form instructions to determine if your new filing can be considered as timely. I do not see a new date on anything they sent back. Just need maybe some guidance on this.

Hey guys hoping everyone is well,if not I hope things get better, so I'm filing I 175 with a waiver .in part 8 where it says "spouse individual statements " should I not check the "I can read and understand english "box and leave her contact information blank?

I know her signature isnt required because am filing with a waiver .

I need advice on what to do next.

I petitioned for my husband and two stepchildren in Jamaica . Their interviews were on August 10, 2020. At the interview they said that we needed a second joint sponsor because of our family size. We got the second sponsor and submitted all the necessary forms and supporting documents. The embassy received that information onAugust 14, 2020. They kept their passports. However, their cases have not been updated since August 27, 2020. The case status still shows refused . We have called/emailed the embassy several times. This is always their reply:

Good day:

Thank you for your email. These cases are currently under administrative review. We are not able to predict how long the process will take to complete. The reviewing officer is doing everything possible to ensure an accurate review. We will contact you should any additional information be needed.

I cannot understand how their cases are under review when the last case update was August 27, 2020. What else can be done to get them to make a final decision on our case?
