What is a visa class when filling out your country immigration form

I am currently having an issue submitting the DS-260 form for both of my parents.

The error message at the end says After a final check, the system has identified that either some data is missing or must be reviewed. You will be redirected to the personal information page. Please review your application for completeness

Has anyone seen this or have any advice? I have reviewed multiple times and it doesn t give me and red boxes on any specific fields so I have no idea what to check or review.

I would love to know if anyone has any advice. I moved and did the whole address change and everything but I haven't gone to the DMV to switch over my Drivers license as yet. All the DMV appointments are like 90 days out etc. Would going to my interview in my new state with my old state ID be an issue?

I am a citizen my brother overstay on his visitors visa and currently lives here. Can I file for him. How long would I130 take to get approve and could he get EAD while we wait, if so around when would i be able to file for that, same time as I130 or after approval? And i would file I-485 after I130 has been approved right?

I mailed my ROC Jan 21, 2021 and it was delivered today Jan 23, 2021. However, i just noticed that the date i put for the credit card expiration was wrong. So am 100% sure they will reject my petition.

Should i just send a fresh package with a corrected credit card details

OR

Should i Wait to receive the rejected petition and send it back.

Will i be able to use the same rejected I-751 again

My GC expires April 18, 2021 so i still have close to 3days.

I just mess up after taking 1 week reviewing my package.
