So I'm married to a LPR, came to the us on B2 visa and got married before my stay was expired. I filed my i130 after my visit was over and it got approved in January 2020. He filed his n-400 before the petition got approved, did biometrics and awaiting interview. The approval letter states <<that the beneficiary is in the US and wish to adjust status, however I may not be eligible to file an AOS.>>It also says that its not a final determination on eligibility to adjust and that I am not precluded from applying. The case was sent to NVC based on what was stated in the notice. We are now awaiting on his interview and the decision of the interview but was recently told that there was a request for an interview which we are yet to receive that notice. Based on the time given when he was supposed to finalize the naturalization process (last Sept to Oct), I wrote to them thru his online account asking for an update and was told that within 60 days of the response, he will be sent an interview notice... We were informed of the interview because his GC expires next month and because he applied more than 6m of his GC expiring, he is able to get an appt for infopass until he completes the naturalization process, so the IO told us on phone (he called to schedule the infopass appt, but because he is more than a month away of his GC expiring, he wasnt able to get the appt yet until around the end of this month) that the interview was requested 5 days ago. The attorney I had used told me earlier in January that I needed to put in the rest of my doc because after a year has passed, my case can be on the back burner . I had won a immigration consultation in Dec and the consultant said I need to put the AOS in. I'm scared because i recently put in my docs, with the hope that he will get the interview notice so that my case can go smoothly after his interview. (Currently in the lockbox facility until Tuesday). I'm just really confused

Hello all, My case in Jamaica went into administrative processing because I needed a joint sponsor based off of my 2019 Taxes. In 2020 my income doubled and now I don t need a joint sponsor. However, I have already submitted an AOS for the joint sponsor after the interview last year. My case has been in AP for six months just so they could review my joint AOS paperwork. I have been trying to reach since the beginning of the year for guidance on whether I need to submit a new AOS with my new income and documents. I want to remove the joint sponsor so my case can get approved but every time I call or email I can t get a reply. What should I do? I have already done my taxes for 2020, I m just waiting for IRS to accept them.
