Hello everyone my burning question is I submitted 2019 taxes with my AOS in aug 2021 .. slight over sight, so they sent RFE for 2020 Taxes which are recent no biggie but my 2020 taxes are Amended will that be an issue for uscis ? They do qualify for sponsorship and above the $21,775 for 2 person household.

Hi guys question has anyone done N-400 interview pass it and had I-751 pending then get interview for I-751? I had my interview October for n-400 and my 751 was pending since April 2019 I got email yesterday for interview for pending I-751 for next week just wondering how it will pay out will they just do my oath same day..

Hi, a few questions for anyone that can assist.
1. I am the beneficiary for my 17 year old daughters Social Security. Is this considered of MY individual income?
Im not using any household members for added income I will be using a joint sponsor.

2. Next , should I submit 2021 tax transcripts/ tax return or should I wait and submit 2022 since it say current tax year ?

I Thought our CR1 visa was terminated been over year since I went back for another interview April 2019 / needed I-601 & more proof . My ban up since Jan and got call from embassy few days after to see if we still plan on continue case if still married we are. They let me know case is reopen to resubmit forms over ,affidavit of support and Ds 260 what a surprise. The proof is the issue for me cause we haven t talked for awhile he hasn t been down to see me it s not the perfect marriage we have our ups and downs and now we want to continue but without much proof wonder how it will go.

I petition for my husband, june first is my date, in January he received his work permit but still haven't gotten his social, has any one who started in June gotten anything other than the work permit?
