Has anyone ever been in the situation where they needed to get court documents from a Jamaican court for their nvc documents?

We need court docs for my husband who's been arrested and charged in the past, but not convicted. We tried once already to get docs and they say they could not locate any file. Just trying to figure out my next steps. His police certificate came back clean since he was not convicted but we already indicated on the DS-260 that he had been arrested before.

I filed my I-485 packet and haven't received a confirmation yet.

There was a question I misunderstood.

It asked if I "have ever violated the term of my nonimmigrant status," I answered no because I thought it meant working here. To be honest I never intended to stay in the US, I have an approved i-130 and on a recent visit my husband insisted I stayed. Has this ever happened to anyone? What was the penalty as I do not want to be fined for lying but I hinestly misunderstood

I am filing I-130 for both of my parents. However, I just submitted an online application for the first parent, now I am trying to submit the second application but the page continues to redirect to the case page. So, does this mean I cannot submit the application for both parents from the same account?

My wife and I filed our I 130 on Nov 5 and received our NOA1 Nov 6.

The long wait starts.

Is there any other Nov 2023 filers?

I have been contemplating to file a K3 form but think it's a waste of time.
