US Immigration from Jamaica

Has anyone ever been in the situation where they needed to get court documents from a Jamaican court for their nvc documents?

We need court docs for my husband who's been arrested and charged in the past, but not convicted. We tried once already to get docs and they say they could not locate any file. Just trying to figure out my next steps. His police certificate came back clean since he was not convicted but we already indicated on the DS-260 that he had been arrested before.

Can the Petitioner of the I-130 submit other forms concurrently? Such as I-864? If so, can someone beak down what forms can be added besides the

I-130A?

Also, do I have to date the I-130A or leave the date blank along with blank signature? Thanks!

For the I-130 do I need to have my spouse mail the Affidavit s from family/friends to me in the US or can it be scanned and emailed. In other words, does immigration need the wet signature notarized copies of the Affidavits of bonafide relationship?
