US Immigration from Iran

Hello,

I would like to ask about peoples medical exam experiences. I had done a medical exam once before in Dubai, at that time they accepted all my medical certificates. I had done all the vaccines that time.

This time around, at a different location, the medical centre is giving problems. They are saying because my medical records on some vaccinations only have MM/YYYY and not the specific date, its invalid. I just received these a couple years ago and they are supposed to be boosted every ten years. Yet, they say I have to get them again.

The medical centre also says that they cant submit to embassy without good reason. They also say that each embassy has their own requirements, which is why Dubai may have accepted it (Load of baloney if you ask me..)

We tried telling them that good reason is because I already got the vaccines and the specific day doesn't actually matter; yet they refuse to submit the medical documents.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there any documentation anywhere online that states we MUST have the date for US Embassy interview (or stating that it doesn't matter). We inquired to US Embassy in our location and, despite the fact that they say they will respond to inquiries within two business days, two weeks later they haven't done so.

btw ignore profile of K1 visa, I dont know how to now add a second timeline hat we are applying for the Spouse visa. This is for Spouse visa not K1. Thanks

I will be glad if someone one helps me. my husband is from Iran he had an interview at April 4, 2022 and during the interview everything went find, even the officer told him he will keep the passport for visa but I do not know what happened they told him he needs to send some information. They send him email at the same day and asked him to email his full CV and school transcript. He sent them within 4 days they gave him 20 days for sending information. but the case is still refused which means under administrating processes. since the officer told my husband after submitting whatever we want we ask you to bring your passport for visa, but there is not response yet. his interview was at Ankara Turkey.

Just started the process for my fiance who is from Iran and I only saw her once for a period of half 1/2 (15 days) a month in April and I was wondering if this was enough to get approval from the interview stage? I anticipate seeing her more but everything is up in the air with work right now and flying overseas multiple times. Also I was wondering if the length of time mattered more then the amount of meetups for the interview. Regardless I appreciate the help

How long is picture validity for passport photos (6 for forms 1-485, I-765 & I-130). Does it have to be same set of pictures for each form? I have my pictures from 3 months ago (k1 visa visa) can i use these picture or do i need to get new passport pictures for these forms? Thank you all

Me and my fianc are getting married this month in the court. My fianc is on k1 visa. Of course she does not have social security yet.

Questions:

1. When can she apply for social security?

2. Does she have to file her green card forms as soon as she gets married or can she wait to apply later (we did not prepare any forms yet). I don't even know how many forms we need to file yet.

Any recommendations is appreciated
