hi, i got my NOA2 on October 7 2020 and the case number from NVC on November 2nd 2020, my wife is Indonesian. i check the status everyday and see that the package is still at the NVC, is there anyone who already get email from NVC/the embassy for medical exam and interview especially for Indonesian embassy ?

I'm having trouble finding online what you actually get when you get the CR-1 visa. The green card? Work permit? Social security card? Or just a single-entey visa and that's it?

I'm confused if I'll need to do adjustment of status still once we get to the USA and if there is a time limit in which we need to file for PR.

Also, bonus of anyone is in WI can can tell me about their experience with getting a driver's license!

Hi, I wanna ask about joint sponsor. I saw a post from someone that her fiance attended the interview for their K1, and then the CO didn't accepted their joint sponsor and said that he have to meet the income requirement by himself even their joint sponsor was 10 times more than needed and another person commented there that her lawyer said that by Last November K1 are no longer allowed using joint sponsor.

Is it true? :)

So I received an 18 months extension when I filed for ROC in 2019.

I believe the 18 months extension begin on the day of my Green Card became expired (12/26/2019), so said extension will be expired on Jun 26, 2021.

I've filed my N-400 in September 2020, and my ROC recently moved to a local office (MO).

What do I need to do if my I751/N-400 are not approved in June 2021? What to do and when can I do it?

I just recently naturalized while we are waiting for an interview date to be scheduled on my wife and daughter F2A with Derivative visa. Is it mandatory to upgrade the status to IR or I can keep it as F2A with Derivative? because If I upgrade to IR, then I would have to submit a new separate I-130 petition for my daughter and may take longer, right?

My attorney keep asking for a copy of my naturalization to make change in the immigration but I keep telling them that we don't want to upgrade the status.

Please advise for best action to take...
