US Immigration from Indonesia

We filed our I-129F on May 27th 2020 and got the NOA1 on June 2nd. We use immigration lawyer to help our case since my Petitioner was in jail for 3 times. Please enlighten me, will my K1 visa approved? Thank you.

For context, my fianc from Indonesia requires a police certificate from the Turkish embassy in Indonesia. We have been trying to communicate with the embassy there, but there have been a lot of unknown back and forth.

My fianc physically flew to Jakarta to obtain the certificate. When we got there, we were told that there were communication failures from the Turkish government that prevented us from getting it at the moment. My fianc was there for a week, and so she went on three separate occasions, but all were in vain.

The next time we fly over will likely be for the visa interview, and we don't want to be in a position where we cannot obtain the police certificate for reasons that are outside of our control and the only context we get back are vague, unambiguous errors and no safety net or reassurance.

Has anyone else gone through similar experiences? What would be the response from the visa interview or US Embassy in Jakarta if this happens and we are unable to provide these documents?

Hi...my AOS is pending, so When do I have to extend my EAD/AP (Combo Card), 120 days or 180 days before the expiration date? and is it okay if I just extend the EAD and skip the AP? or am I obliged to extend both at the same time? Please help

My husband has 3 children age 28, 26 and 22 and they never lived with us since we live in different states. I married to my husband when the youngest is about to graduate and she lives with her mother.

Should I include them on my list or is it only for kids under 18 years old?

My wife received a medical check up notice from the embassy in Jakarta and to request an interview date to the embassy once the medical exam is scheduled. One of the documents asked is 1040 and 2019 W2. I haven't done my 2019 tax return. Can I provide 2018 Tax Return, 2019 W2 and most recent paystubs?
