US Immigration from India

Hi Everyone,

Today morning, I got email fro USCIS saying that we have taken an action on your case (For my N-400). Now, I tried to login into my USCIS online account. But I am not receiving verification code on my email, not even in junk mails. so I can not login and check.

Does anyone have experienced same ? I have posted this question here as many of us have already filed N-400.

My husband has just become a naturalized citizen; and has applied to upgrade my category from F2A to IR1 on 8th April, 2022(IST)

I have been documentarily qualified since September 2020. Just wanted to know if anyone has any idea by when i can expect -

1) my category to be upgraded?

2) my interview to be scheduled?

I am a newbie, and apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge concerning the process involved. Hence, that is why I thought I could use some guidance from others that have successfully navigated the journey of obtaining a visa.

• I'm resident of Florida.
• Husband in India.
• Met online: Sept. 2021
• Married: 3/31/2022
• DCF special circumstances: medial emergency?
• In process currently:I-130 & I-130A
• Ordered 4/4/2022: Apostle processing of Marriage certificate

Questions:

1) Medical emergency - benign brain tumor on brain stem - requiring that I seek brain stem surgeon specialist for possible future surgery....Does that maybe qualify me for consideration maybe???

2)Whom do I specifically contact to see if they would permit DCF with special circumstances (USCIS Field office, DOS, or the consulate in New Delhi, India)?

Hi ,

I filled Greencard for my parents while they are in USA during Jan2022. I filled I-130, 485, 131 and completed Biometric process also. My parents has to travel to India due to family event, Please share whether they can travel outside USA while GC application is in process. still I-130 is not yet approved.

Will be there any issue to return back to USA in another 2 or 3 months as they completed almost 6 months in USA on B1/B2 Visa.

Hello there,

Recently, my family got done with their Immigration Visa interview (F4 from India). As I'm overage, my name wasn't mentioned in any of the communications prior and even in the interview letter.

After a couple weeks of receiving the interview Letter, I got an email from USTravelDocs stating I should accompany my family to the interview. Now here's the problem, I got no valid passports or PCC. I get there and they ask me to reschedule after I get my documents (which will be around June).

Now, I'm also studying in college and I'm not expected to graduate till July next year.

Is there any set time limit in which I HAVE to schedule my interview? OR, will I be able to schedule it around the end of the year or early next year so I can graduate?
