I am a citizen and my boyfriend is an Indian citizen beneficiary. I was divorced in 2021. He will be divorced next week (early July) but has been separated with a mutual consent divorce decree since July 2021. I will visit india in august when we plan to get married. It is a true genuine relationship which we have plenty of proof for from my visit to india earlier this year. My question is: does getting married in august raise a red flag with the immigration officers as his legal divorce will be in July (I.e too soon)? Our goal is just to be together asap so we want to get married and the visa process started asap.

Tracking for India Mailed Passports?

We had our interview on June 17. Status changed from Administrative Processing to Issued on June 22. We have not received any tracking info. Does anyone know if there is tracking info or does the passport just show up one day? Not sure if the current status of the passport means it was picked up from embassy or awaiting pickup. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks much.

This is the status when put in passport tracking:

Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery

I am Indian and husband is US Citizen.

Electronic application submitted on 2nd Jan 2022

Case moved to actively being reviewed status on 7th Jan 2022

Service centre: Texas

Mailed i129 for K3 on 2nd May 2022 and recieved NOA1 on 7th May 2022.

Service centre : California

How long will it take for the process? When are we supposed to fill Form i485 and i765?

New I-134 form or I-864

Hello my wife came here in 2019. She is on a green card (N-400 in progress). I am a US Citizen and would like to sponsor my Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law because I have the income to show. I have a few questions. This for a tourist visa and they only plan on staying for one month.

1) Which form do I use I-134 or I-864.

2) If it the I-134 do I need to fill out two I-134 or 1. I do not see an option to include another beneficiaries.

3) I assume I check this box "Another individual who is the beneficiary."

4) I plan to fully support their visit and my in-laws are retired. Do I need to put income for my in-laws?

Any other trips, seems like the revamped I-134 is a bit more involved.
