Hi all,

We filed for the removal of conditions in 06/2020. GC was set to expire in 09/2020. We got the first 18 month extension NOA and then a 24 month from expiry extension which is also going to expire next month. Status says ready to be scheduled for an interview since 07/2021. What should we do at this point?

My wife is a US citizen and she is filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently for me. we both live in the USA. I need some help to clarify myself on I- questions 26.b, 26.c, and 27. My H1B visa expired in February 2021 and I have valid I-797A till 2024 which has I-94 number associated in it. However in my recent I-94 form pulled from online, my "Valid Admit Until Date" is my H1B expiry date which is February 2021.

1. For Question 26.B: "Expiration date of authorized stay as shown on form I-94?"

- which date should I use here? My H1B expiration date (Feb 2021) or my renewed I-797A expiration date (Feb 2024)? Please let me know

2. For question 26.c, "Status on For I-94 (for example, class of admission or paroled, if paroled)"?

- It is not letting me type H1B as it does not allow numeric numbers and giving me the error. What should I type in this box?

3. And for question 27, "What is your current immigration status if it has changed since your arrival?"

- My last arrival in USA was in December 2019 and since my last H1B visa was expired in Feb 2021 and I didnt get it restamped, what should I type in this box? Should I put I-797A form expiration date which is Feb 2014 or should I type VISA OVERSTAY? Please let me know.

My husband's expedite request for his AP was approved yesterday (hooray!). For reference, his EAD was approved about 3 months ago, but there had been no movement on the AP until we submitted an expedite request at the beginning of July. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced receiving a standalone AP document (that is, receiving the physical document itself, not just getting approved), and how long after approval that it took USCIS to send it.

I ask because I've read some individuals' reports on a different website of waiting a month or more after approval of a standalone AP for the document to actually be produced. These reports are from this year, but I'm not sure if they're outliers.

Of course, I'm being impatient, since it's only been a day since my husband's AP was approved, and hopefully USCIS will send the document quickly. But I just wanted to check if it might be more typical to expect a long wait.

I'm on a valid work permit since my last entry into USA.

My spouse is about to file I-130, and i'm filing I-485 along , as concurrent filing.

Question: As I'm on H1B and paying taxes, should I file I-864? If yes, should I file it along my I-485 or should my spouse file it along I-130?
