Hi, I applied i130 for my brother in 2018 and I add one kid on the application and after application they had a another baby how I can add new baby in same application. Thank you

The query is in regards to a scheduled US immigrant visa interview at Montreal Embassy

1. Do we need to take i864 AOS documents to the interview?

2. If yes, Should we be carrying the Affidavit of Support (i864) documents that was uploaded to CEAC during the initial document request in 2020 or do we need to prepare a new i864 document that reflects current income of the sponsor and joint sponsor and carry it with us to the interview?

Hi, if my kid is invited to the interview (his name is on the interview letter) along with me, does it mean he is not aged out? Based my calculation he was supposed to age out last December but I got visa interview letter and I see him name. Does it mean he is good or will the interview officer make the call during the interview?

Hi All!

My I-130 case was recently approved (Apr 22nd) and Case sent to NVC (Apr 27). I'm seeing what seems to be petitioners receiving the welcome letter, but when reading the i-797 Approval notice it states that the NVC will reach out to the beneficiary for further action. Can any one confirm if the welcome letter is sent to both the petitioner AND the beneficiary?

(I've searched a million searches and can't seem to find a solid answer on this)
