Least expensive civil surgeons list needed for I-693

I started calling each and every civil surgeon listed in Austin TX area. but majority of them are asking for $400-$600 for complete exam. Nobody want to listen to partial exam since medical was already done in India.

Can we come up with a list of Civil Surgeons that don't charge more than $150 for completion of exam for AOS. Not full exam?

Bringing K2 dependent into USA after her conditional green card expires

Hello all,

I am USC sponsor who brought my now wife and her daughter on K1 and K2 visa into the USA.

They both got their two year conditional green card after our marriage.

Now the daughter has turned 18 years old and wants to pursue her undergraduate studies from our home country.

She plans to give up her conditional green card and apply for student visa at a later time when she is ready to do further studies in the USA.

Is that possible?

In another scenario if my wife applies for her daughter's green card then will the daughter still be eligible to apply for her student visa or even a visitor visa ?

Thanks

Need help Regarding I-864 Form for IR5 for both parents [merged threads]

Dear Forum Members,

I recently received approval for two separate I-130 applications for both of my parents and am now in the process of filing 2 separate I-864 form for their IR5 visa application. However, I'm encountering confusion with certain sections and would greatly appreciate your guidance.

1. Part 2:
a.) For the mailing address of the principal applicant, should I provide the US mailing address where they will be staying or their current home country (India) mailing address where my parents currently reside?
b.) Column 7: Should I input my phone number or my parents' phone number?

2. Part 3:
Should I select option 1 or option 2? If I choose option 2, do I need to enter the names of both family members?

3. Part 6:
This section is particularly confusing. I am married and live with my wife. Although I have sufficient income alone to sponsor my parents, but I file taxes jointly with my wife.
a.) When filling in column 7 of Part 6 for income, should I input my income only?
b.) In column 20, should I mention the total household income, which includes my wife's income as well? Should I also file I-864A along with I-864 since we file taxes jointly?

I understand these are quite detailed inquiries, but any assistance or advice would be immensely helpful. Thank you all in advance for your support.

Hello all!

We got our K1 issued and now going thru the AOS process here in the US.

For the K1, we did not mention any middle name in the the I-129F petition. The Indian passport and birth certificate also did not any middle name, rather name, father s name and mother s name.

In the US (CA state) marriage certificate however, we listed the middle name. Additionally, we also asked for a name change with new name still containing a middle name.

We had some questions:

1. When filing for I-485 and I-765, should we list a middle name?

2. What is the significance of providing and not providing a middle name?
