US Immigration from India

Petition for my mother (IR5) was approved on Jan 13th. I haven t received anything from NVC. When I look at their website, it states that they re now processing approvals received 8-Feb. How best to contact them? Via online form?

My wife and I going to move to California in a few months. Right now I have a conditional green card and will be applying for removal of conditions in around a year and half.

California rents being the way they are, we thought we ll give RV living a try, while getting an yearly lease at RV park. And planning to move back to our home state NC after two or 2.5 years. This will also give us a chance to travel around west coast more since we re going to be there just for a couple of years.

Has anyone tried this while applying for removal of conditions? Any tips or caveats?

Here are my concerns,

- We will be selling our primary residence here, so no shared fixed asset, though we will be reporting historical address and ownership in removal of conditions application.

- Can RV be permanent address? We have family in home state but not in California. So can t use their address for anything permanent. We ll need to get new driver s licenses etc.

- USCIS rule states that I have to update my address every time I move. Can RV park address be used for that and for official USCIS letters?

- RV title will have our joint ownership , does that look bad to USCIS? And no shared utilities (except mobile)

Is it worth the hassle while being a conditional permanent resident? Or should we just stick to the usual rent a place? (Owning not a good idea since it is a temporary move)

Can anyone tell me that after my cr1 visa case reaffirmed and sent back to the us embassy my visa status was last year returned to nvc n yesterday it's showing refused n I got email from embassy that your documents have been collected from the us embassy consulate. N passport number being returned you have chosen to your documents delivered to the following location what is this mean anyone knows what's going on because after USCIS reaffirmed I need second interview but it's showing on my status refused n I got this email

I have been waiting to get my interview scheduled (for my green card with conditions removed) for the longest time. I have been checking my uscis case status for more than 6 months now, and it says the same thing "interview to be scheduled". Is anyone else in the same boat as me?

Should I give them a call and ask? If so, who should I call?

Hi everyone, I've been trying to find a clear answer on this and I seem to get different answers every time so I figured I'd ask directly. I submitted my AOS packet last September and I recently got my I-693 deficiency notice (as expected since I didn't submit it with the original package). I still waiting on Biometrics so I'm not too far into the process yet. What I wanted to ask was when should I do the medical? I've heard that the form needs to be filed within 60 days after the physician signs it, however, I've also heard some people say that if you do it after filling, it just needs to be submitted within the two years. Should I wait till I get an interview notice or can I just get it out of the way now? I looked at the USCIS policy manual but that kind of confused me so I wanted to ask what people's experiences were for those who did the medical after initial filing. Thanks!
