Hello,

Can I go to the US Embassy in New York in person directly to surrender my Indian Passport and get the renunciation certificate without having to go through VFSGlobal?

Hello,

I am a conditional green card holder with an Indian Passport, can I apply for OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) for my US Citizen spouse once we complete 2 years of marriage? Has anyone done that for their spouse?

Does anyone know how to fix an error on the Form I-130 filed online, when I downloaded the PDF snapshot of the online filed I-130 petition, it shows that my current marriage has end date same as my previous marriage end date. I have even sent the request to correct typo error but that didn't help. It's stressful.

I have gotten my k1 Visa in March 15,my ticket to USA will be on 9th may 2021 but just now got the news of travel ban on India by USA government....

So under such circumstances I could not travel there until the ban lifted by USA government....how long ...no one knows.....my Visa expires on 8th September 2021....if I could not get a chance to go there with in 8th September then what could happen to me ........please help me

USPS missing package! How to refile?

Our AOS package was mailed on 4/20, but according to USPS tracking has never left the post office. I have filed the appropriate inquiries with USPS, but they've basically said "we don't know anything."

Has anyone else experienced this? When did you refile your paperwork? How did you alert USCIS that if they receive duplicate paperwork to ignore it?

Related it that my husband's I-84 departure date is fast approaching in early May. Should we file an extension on his visitor visa or just hustle to refile his AOS paperwork?
