Question on Foreign Earned Income in I-864

Hi All

I am filing I-864 for spousal sponsorship and have question about foreign earned income. For the past 4 years I had taken the Foreign Earned Income exclusion so my total income in the IRS transcripts show up as $0. Based on what I've read here on similar threads, USCIS does not count this income anyways for qualification purpose, which is fine by me because for 2024, I have been working FT back here in the US and can show enough income in Part 6, question 7 (current individual income).

What should I put in question 24.a - c where it asks for total income reported on Federal tax returns? Should I put $0 for each of the last 3 years or show the actual overseas earnings and provide explanation in Part 11 (Additional Information)?

To be on safe side, I am also planning on adding a family relative as joint sponsor (to allay my own concerns about showing $0 income for the past 3 years). The joint sponsor is married and have been filing his tax returns as MFJ. But to provide this sponsorship, if he only shows his current income in Part 6, question 7, then what 'total income' should he show in 24.a - c? Would this just be his own income according to his previous years' W-2s or the husband+wife combined income they reported on line 9 in IRS Form 1040?

Thanks

my mum is scheduled for her interview on nov 5 2024 and i have to schedule her bio metric but i think i selected wrong post visa category, i realized and didnt proceed. Now everytime i try to fix it by starting from step 1 i get below messages highlighted in BOLD.

I tried to correct my error but now its says that: There are multiple Open Applications for ContactID:

she has another application going on (the one i made mistake, selected LPR instead of IR5 under ALL IV),

Visa Information

MUMBAI IV
LPR
Lawful Permanent Residents

it gives me the option to close application and start new application but when i click on it, it gives me below message and i dont know what consequences will i face if i do that.

This action will permanently close any open applications, including Group or Emergency requests.
You can use your existing valid visa fee receipt to create a new application, and you can re-add your dependents.
Do you wish to proceed?
if i go to continue application it brings me to Interview Waiver where i stopped initially (when i realised i made a mistake) and then it asks me to select as below:
Are you a Legal Permanent Resident whose green card is lost or stolen AND have you been outside the United States for less than one year?

Note: I am applying for Boarding Foil (Lost or Stolen Green Card) interview. I completed the Form I-131A with all supporting documents and paid the I-131A filing fee through the USCIS online payment system.
Yes No

I have not yet selected any dates or paid any fees yet, i am stuck at interview waiver, any help will be much appreciated. Thank you,

When to File I-751 ? 90 days before expiration?

My wife got her greencard in Oct 2023, it's good for 2 years(she got here on K-1 Visa incase anyone is wondering). Currently the processing times for I-751 are 31 Months....

Now here's where im confused, when am I supposed to apply for her renewal? Some say in 6 months before expiration but after seeing the 31 month processing times I got the application and evidence completed and ready to send now.

She travels back home (India) every year and I didn't want the expired greencard being an issue when she comes back to the USA.

I don't know why I didnt see this sooner but the website says I can only submit the renewal when theres only 90 days left on the expiration???
