Hello, I have a question here for ROC i751, how do I obtain an original physical copy/paper form of my final divorce decree with wet signs and seal and also my original marriage certificate in physical form from Texas? I am so confused by trying to search it online. I require the original paper form not email form of the divorce decree with original wet sign and seal, not certified copy as my divorce lawyer never gave me one, because I searched for it in my documents I had. I am sooo very confused on where to get it from. Please help and guide me. My local office is Los Angeles, California . But I was married and divorced in Texas.

Hi, I prepared I129F myself. For the beneficiary address, I put city for province, it should have been state. Beneficiary is in India.

I also didn't have space to put house name which I learnt is important for the post office where my beneficiary lives.

I tested the Indian postal system by sending a mail to the address I have in I129 and it did not deliver.

Another test mail which included state delivered. So, I am concerned of missing mail to my beneficiary address in India.

I have seen other topics where they mentioned to call USCIS and others to wait until it gets to NVC and then call NVC.

Questions: hope somebody has answers

1. What is first mail sent to beneficiary (in India)?

2. Will I get a chance to update beneficiary address before fist mail is sent? I am still waiting (painfully) for I129F approval.

3. Will USCIS or NVC update if I call and how difficult is that?

My husband and I applied for the AOS while I was here in the US. My health has been deteriorating since a few months..especially because of my eyes. When we went to a eye doctor they said I had a rare disease and need treatment but it's very expensive here in the US. My husband don't have health insurance unfortunately. But I do have my health insurance back home. It is a huge problem for me right now as I can't see very well...and if not treated soon my eyesight will be permanently distorted.

So my question is can I ask for AP expedite on ask emma on the basis of urgent health care for myself with supporting documents ? I know they approve for humanitarian reasons but what about health..any one has experience on it?

Does anyone know when will India officially open e-visa applications for tourists again? I still don't see the option to apply on the website: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html

In media there have been news about India opening up tourist visas for chartered flight tourists from Oct 15 and commercial flight tourists from Nov 15.

Appreciate any guidance on this. Thank you.
