hi, my fianc has 2 children 14 and 19. she was married to the children s father and has been divorced 6 years. they have never seen him since and he has not supported them in any way.

- will 2 children needing k2 have any influence on k1/2 decision?
- do we need the children s father s consent letter?
- what if we are not able to find him or he won t provide consent?

I539 extension after GC Interview Notice

All - I need to ask for your expert advise.
a) Applied I130 and I485 for my mom and priority date is March 08 2021. ( I am a US citizen)
b) Applied for I539 extension as original stay was about to expire on May 14 2021 and due to COVID.
c) Got I485 interview notice, but yet to receive actual date. (This is the actual confirmation and not " ready to be scheduled") on Nov 5.
d) Question - Do I need to apply for another I539 extension as presuming the original I539 would have expired on Nov 14. Dont want to take the risk of being out of status.

Hello Guys,
I am preparing to file for my wife's condition of residency removed and filling the form I751. I have a few questions - I hope this forum will help me with the answers.

On the form part 4 and part 5 are confusion. Can any one kindly provide some guidance? On part 4 is it asking about the spouse info who is the basis of this application? And on the part 5 is it asking for the petitioners child- in my case my wife? Or is it asking for all the children - including the step children?

Do we need to submit all documents physically once we submit everything electronically? or is electronically sufficient?

It seems we submitted all documents as of now it's been 3 months and still haven't heard from NVC. How long it takes for getting documents reviewed these day?

Hi all,

I recently became US Citizen. I want to know what is the process to get travel visa for India, for US Citizens (Person of Indian Origin) ?
Can I apply a general visit visa to India Online Or do I have to visit the Indian Embassy in Chicago (as I live in Missouri) ?
Which is quicker OCI or a Visa ? I have to travel in December 1st week.
What is the ETA to get the Entry Visa ? And what is the ETA for OCI ?
