Just to add to the responses.

2. Yes, you want to include evidence since the time you started dating. It is important to show history before the date of your marriage. Otherwise, it may look on paper like you met on Monday,  married on Wednesday and filed for AOS on Friday. The evidence of bona fide marriage or bona fides - as some may call it- goes with the I-130.

3. You can expedite it if you have a job offer. Keep in mind that even if you do not have the EAD, it is OK and it is legal for you to apply for jobs. Employers may only ask you if you will need sponsorship for employment authorization in the future. Respond "no" to that question. Get through the job interview, get the job offer, call USCIS with it and expedite. Your employer can only ask you to show documents on your first day of employment. You can request to expedite with ANY job. It does not have to be fancy. it does not have to be your dream job. It just needs to be a job. That said, if you change your mind and end up not working there, no one is going to come knocking on your door to ask you why, etc.

Just to add

We call the act of submitting all your evidence of bona fide marriage - front loading your evidence. You can bring updated evidence to the interview, sure, but you definitely want to submit substantial evidence with your initial filing.

Text messages. Pictures of outings/celebrations and if you can tie those to receipts of purchases, etc that is great.

Anything really. I added my husband to my car insurance just a few months after meeting him because he just loved driving my car. So that was a nice piece of evidence I submitted.

Photos that have dates are also great. When we submitted our application, I had photos of my partner attending school events with my kids. His name tag in the photo had his name and the date listed on it. It was just an unintended bonus to help with proving his involvement with me and my kids over a period of time.

Guys, how to show texts/phone calls log. Also, how to show dates for the photos?

Do a google search and type just that. Back in 2018, I used a program called IExplorer https://macroplant.com/iexplorer. There are several third party apps/programs that will help you extract call logs and present them in a nice format.

Anyway, the one I used supposedly uses a format you can use in court. Screenshots take too long to take. We printed stacks of text messages for AOS just to show our history. We married 14 months after meeting for the first time. Some people think that is a fast timeline. Knowing that, we wanted USCIS to see that we did have a history together.

In AOS application, as its taking over 10 months to get AOS interview. Can we send some basic paperwork w/ application and then later we can send more paperwork to add to the application?

Just trying to expedite the process :)
