Hey guys All my documents were accepted I uploaded all on OCt 30 2021. Got a email yesterday that they need my joint Sponsors 2020 tax . All other docs are accepted.
Am I technically DQ? Or do I have to wait till this one more doc is accepted? And how long does it take for NVC to accepted a new doc?

Hello I am the US citizen petitioner who got started my father's green card process.

The father got an interview letter in Sep 2021 but because we had moved from Texas to California, we requested rescheduling of the interview.

The timing was such that I could not update the USCIS with the new address in time so they sent the interview letter to the old address in Texas.

Now we have been waiting for his interview to be scheduled since Sep 2021. Any idea if the address change would cause them to move the father's case to a different processing center and any guesses on how long the delay would be for the AOS interview?

hi. We paid for our K1 interview and biometric fees. The receipt number auto populated and we made appointments but we haven t received a receipt. Where do we get a copy please? US consulate in Mumbai is where we booked and paid online. Don t we need a paid receipt for the interview ?

I have got a weird one. LOL. So i am in the process of ROC. Status," Awaiting scheduling of interview". Filed on feb 2021. So almost a year.

My wife who is a US citizen had her last name changed to my last name in nov 2021. Has anyone had a similar situation ? Do we need to notify USCIS of her name change from the original i-751 or wait until the interview ?

I repeat again, SHE IS THE US CITIZEN SPOUSE.

I know , it was not smart to change the name in between the process but her passport was expiring and she wanted to get the new passport with name changed.

Is it possible to change address online for physical mail after applying 485 adjustment of status. If yes then after we change online is we has to need send hard copy by mail to uscis aswell. Please help me
