US Immigration from India

Hey all. Our visa s status changed to issued finally, but we haven t gotten any further info/email/texts about where to go and how to fetch it. I know we designated that we d pick it up in Delhi, and the appointment papers indicate it s near Shivaji stadium on the metro line but we aren t sure if we need an appointment, or exactly where to go. Rather than just go wandering around, I decided to see if you lovely folks have some experience with it!

My case is in Ready state as per the NVC case status. I have successfully submitted the DS160 application and payed all the fees necessary for the application. On the Applicant Schedule OFC Appointment page however, I keep getting "No slots available" for all OFCs. I don't even have the option to select a date. Has anyone faced this before and How should you suggest I proceed from here?

After the change of systems in July 2023. Mumbai embassy is not responding to inquiries within specified time and not sending packet 4 instructions even a month after the case has been Ready at ceac website.

The file is placed by my husband, currently is at NVC. So my question was I'm professional licensed Registered Nurse and has a license to work in US, cleared the exam in India.

The senerio had occurred that one of my family member in US has undergone a major surgery for BKA. And is in need for care giver.

So will I be able to get an early interview date after receiving my DQ. If we submit all required reports and letter from the doctor of US?

I'm starting to see very confusing information and it worries me. On our petition we indicated Chennai as our embassy (beneficiary lives in Chennai so this made sense). Now I'm starting to see that only Mumbai handles family-based immigration cases. Does that mean that I need to update our petition or potentially transfer our case to the Mumbai consulate when we get to the NVC stage?

Does Chennai not handle family-based visas?
