So me (from Hong Kong, a permanent resident in usa) and my husband (us citizen) have a child (he s 29 months old now)

id like to ask obviously he is a USA citizen, but is he a Hong Kong citizen as well since I am a Hong Kong citizen? And if so, what I need to do or where I should contact to get a Hong Kong passport or ID for our son? Do we need to back to Hong Kong for this?

So I had n400 interview in May and I got denied because they said that I was out of the country a lot.

Then my family helped me filed n336 to request a hearing in June.

I got a confirmation mail and never heard back again. I saw some people say they were asked to do fingerprint but i never received any appointment mail.

Does anyone know how long it takes to progress

Thankyou so much

Beneficiary moved, how to change address?

Where can I go to change the address for my beneficiary before time comes for the interview process? She recently moved to a different location in Hong Kong.

Checking on the USCIS website, I can only find options to change my address if I move as the petitioner.

I was just checking online on our case, and in my USCIS account it has two differing received dates. Should I be worried about this? Has our case somehow been pushed back a month?

March 1st was the original date.

Job required during interview process?

My fianc e currently lives in Hong Kong with Hong Kong residency through work that lasts until June (Which can be renewed) and is a mainland Chinese citizen. She's currently working a job she absolutely hates which requires a 2 month notice for quitting, and our current plans are for her to leave HK as soon as she gets through the K-1 interview, spend 2-3 months in mainland China with her parents that she hasn't been able to see since covid started, and then come here to US. Because of the 2 month notice requirement, we're trying to figure out the best time for her to leave her job, but we're not sure if she's required to be employed at the time of her interview? If not, she can put her 2-month notice in as soon as we get notice of NVC sending our application over to Hong Kong embassy. Whatever happens, her plan would be to leave Hong Kong soon as she is very depressed and unhappy there without me or her family nearby.

Thoughts/Advice?
