US Immigration from Greece

Although my country allows for ESTA, I own a company outside of the US and I need to travel to the US for more than 3 months for business reasons.

Therefore, I had initially applied for a B1/B2 visa on March 2021 but that application was on hold due to the pandemic. Meanwhile, me and my boyfriend applied for K1 Visa in May 2021.

Now, in November 2021 the embassy contacted me regarding my B1/B2 visa and scheduled me an appointment for April 21st 2022.

In January I used my ESTA and visited my bf for 2 months (we travelled together)

On April 19th 2022, the embassy rescheduled my appointment for April 20th and I missed that email as I was travelling. I requested a reschedule and they booked me an appointment for 27th October 2022.

Now, our k1 visa was approved in June 2022 and the case is now ready. However, I DO NOT WISH to use this yet, as I need to make the business trip and come back to my country for few months before i proceed with the K1 visa.

The embassy has sent me p3 but I have deliberately not proceeded to fill in DS160 as I have another DS160 active for the B1/B2 visa.

My question is, how do I proceed with postponing the K1 process (I read up its possible to postpone for 3 months each time, for a total of 12 months)

Should I ask for them to postpone now?

Should I wait after my B1/B2 visa appointment to postpone the K1?

Or should I proceed with the DS160 and select the latest possible date i find for interview?

My NOA expires Oct 15th!

According to estimation here, my ead should have been already reviewed. Should I worry? Could a kind call at USCIS help or useless to try?

Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between July 20, 2022 and August 28, 2022*.

Is our NVC case number also the case creation date?

For example min is xxx2022731002

I take it that may case was created on July 31st?

I had my n400 interview two months ago - June 8. It s exactly 2 months today and I am still waiting for either a decision or return of my original passport which the officer decided to keep, take a look at it when less busy and send it back as soon as possible.

is it normal for an officer to keep my passport after n400 interview and not send it back to me as promised, seeing that I had purchased a plane ticket for an important and emergency trip to my home country next two weeks?

I called USCIS customer service and was told to send a form to request it, which I did but haven t heard anything yet.

Is there anything else I can do to get my passport before my trip in two weeks.

My spouses case got RFE, the confusion I am having is that I moved back to the USA for work, I started officially work Jan 1st, 2022. So on the AOS needed I used my Greek Salary (which covers the requested the poverty line by alot) to do my US taxes and use that transcript for the AOS as well as a employment letter from my US Employer which shows my salary moving forward which will be even more than my last year salary.

What is the confusion is they asked for to submit all my W2 from 2021, in Greece they dont have W2s. I took my Greek Tax Transcript and my accountant in Las Vegas did my 2021 US taxes as a foreign based income. How do I submit W2s when they dont exist.

Also in the CEAC all the paperwork has been Accepted now, changed from Submitted (even the AOS).

Any help will be appreciated because I have no clue what to do from here.
