My I-751 is currently outside of normal processing time. I know these applications take forever. Will submitting a SR help anything at all or is it a moot point? My case is in Patomac unfortunately..

I do not know much about L2. Sorry if my questions do not make much sense. Trying to get some info on L1A and L2

1) Can L1A and L2 be filed together?

2) I understand that for L1A employer has to file I-129. Is this when L2 details get put in the application?

3) What do wait times look like/are for Poland?

Hi everyone. You guys were super helpful years ago when I went through the process of bringing my wife to the US before we got married.

She hasn't seen her family in many years and her mom wants to visit us this year.

I am stuck trying to figure out what visa to apply for. She doesn't want to become a permanent resident - she's in the process for that in Italy.

So I started the B2 visa application as tourism, and I don't see an option for purpose of the trip as either tourism or visiting immediate family... N8 is for a parent of a special immigrant, which I find as something related to a NATO employee or something. Definitely not our case here.

NS-5 is what many of our friends have done for their parents, but this is an immigrant visa application.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Does anyone have any support in this area?

Any speedy responses will be greatly appreciated.

When someone has I-751 pending and is applying for a job how do you answer the question "will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status" ? Yes or No?

I sent my Divorce Waiver case (I-751) back in July of 2020. I have been reading some posts about people asking how strong their evidence is and etc. I never asked this myself. Thoughts about the below evidence?

1) Personal Statement of our relationship

2) 2 years of joint lease agreements with pet lease agreement

3) Joint renters' insurance

4) 2 years of joint tax returns

5) 2 years of join bank account statements

6) Joint medical/dental/vision insurances with proof of seeking medical care (dates, billing and etc)

7) 2 years of joint car insurance documents

8 ) Affidavits from friends and colleagues

I have not heard anything since 8/2020 when it got updated that fingerprints were re-used.
