US Immigration from Ethiopia

Hi guys, I want to ask those who needed police clearance certificate from Saudi Arabia and they were already out of Saudi Arabia. How the process went, what the interviewer said and have the visa approved??? Thank you.

I have a problem. Earlier tonight I found out that I am being scammed. I filed a I-130 to bring a man that I thought that I had married. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Found out that any document that he used that he gave for me to upload.. were all faked. I also know that a friend he knows in Atlanta, GA did this for somebody else to come over here. She is a sponsor for one from her same city. Calls him her brother. She got $5,000 payment. She won't talk to me anymore because I found out everything tonight. The man that calls himself my husband.. told be a lot over WhatsApp. Two other people are involved as well. I just want my petition withdrawn and see if he can be barred. I only have copies of the documents used. I made the copies on my computer. I don't have any of the originals. He told me to send all of them back to him. I have no clue on what to do. I had many different people warn me about men from Africa and green card scams. I should have listened. 5 year relationship , all my money gone for sweet words.. up until about two months ago. Tonight was the end of it. He's waiting for an interview. Somebody please help me I still can get bank records of money sent to me for him to come over. I should have known was all lies. I was used.

My fiance and I picked up his passport with his K-1 visa today at the local postoffice along with a sealed manila envelope of documents. A bunch of photos in a sealed clear plastic bag were attached to the envelope with a binder clip. My fiance's photo is taped to the manila envelope but we were able to look at the photos clipped to the envelope (did not open the plastic bag) and they are of a completely different family. Has anyone had this problem before? Obviously we cannot open the manila envelope but we are concerned the documents may not be my fiance's. My instinct is to go to the embassy to make sure that the documents inside are my fiance's and not the family's (and possibly to return the photos to the embassy). Any ideas would be appreciated!

I should add the visa in the passport looks fine, it's just the attached photos.

Can you please share your Documentary Qualified (DQ) and Interview appointment date for F2A visa at US Embassy, Addis Ababa?

My DQ date is July 2020 & still didn t get interview date. I am receiving 60 day notices. I don t know what DQ date NVC is scheduling appointments right now & estimated Interview date for my case. I am hoping to guess based on your experience. Thanks

Hi guys, we applied for k1 visa recently , I applied for B1/B2 visa before the pandemic and I managed to book an interview for the B1/B2 visa on December 2021. In case I attended the interview and got denied... would that affect my k1 visa ? and is it ok for me to say that the purpose of the visit is to see my fianc and we are already applied for k1 visa?
