US Immigration from Egypt

I have a couple of questions about the Affidavit of Support.
1- Has anyone filed an I-864EZ? The instructions say that this can be used if there is only one beneficiary on the I-130 and if the petitioner is using his/her income alone. Is there any reason why the longer I-864 would be a better choice?
2- I will be using my own income to demonstrate that I qualify (no joint sponsor). Does my spouse still need to fill out an I-864A?

My wife is a principal applicant as a married daughter of US citizen.

finally we got visas printed on our passports.

however, my visa show Acc/FTj spouse

can I enter USA after her by one month ?

if yes, is there any action I should take before travelling

So..not technically a name change, but my spouse is from a country that uses 4 names. The way I submitted the I-130 for her was FIRST NAME (A), LAST NAME (D), MIDDLE NAME (B,C). This means that her name when she comes to the states will be "AD". "D" is very distant and its not a name she commonly uses. At what point can I "change" her last name to make it "C" for example isntead of "D"?

my wife(beneficiary) is missing all her vaccination records from childhood. What can i do?

Anticipating I-130 approval soon (or not )

trying to be ahead of the game and get all the NVC docs ready. Is there any harm in getting the police certificate from now? NVC site said they re good for 2 years.
