Hi y'all. Im filling my I-485 and I have a question. So previously me and my wife filled two different I-130 forms. One for me and one for my underaged daughter. Now we are doing the I-485 forms and theres a section where it asks about your USCIS Online account number. Should we write down that account number on the I-485? Considering the I-130 is supposed to be written on behalf of the US Citizen (her) and the I-485 the beneficiary (me and my daughter) we are not sure if that number is exclusively personal or its ok to write it down since our i-130s are under her account.

This morning my wife and I filed two I-130s in which she, an American an born citizen, is requesting me and my daughter of a previous marriage as her direct family. We thought the whole process could. be done online, but apparently right now only the I-130 can. be done through the USCIS website. We are aware that the next step we should take to file the I-485s for me and my daughter. But how should we do it? Should we print the forms (we are aware that theres a new version for this year) and send them via USPS? If thats the case, how do we indicate that those files are part of our cases? Also, we understand that when filing for a minor with her parent at the same time the child's I-485 costs is less. So how do we indicate that this two I-485s are part of a same family? Thank you so much in advance, we are a bit lost in this part of the process

This community has been so helpful. I have a lot of questions about the I-864 form and reading the instructions is more confusing. For the background, my husband and I filed a joint tax return for 2022 so we do not know how this affects the answers. We are sponsoring my husband's mother. We meet the income guidelines. Do I need to select 1.a. I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative ? or Do I need to select item 1.d. I am the only joint sponsor ? Item 7. My current individual annual income is: Should I include only husband s income or combined income? Also, do I need to include my info on the below if we are using combined income? Do I have to file a separate I-864A?
