Case Not Updated After Interview

We had our AOS interview on 2/14 and were told that it would be approved; however as of today 3/5, the case tracker still has not updated and reads "Interview Scheduled." From reading on the forum, it seems that most people get an update on the case tracker within a few days or even 24 hours to show "Approved."

Is this something I should be concerned about? Is this more common than I am aware?

To clarify further, I am not talking about the time from interview to receiving the greencard (though we are definitely eager to get the greencard in order to be able to visit family), rather I am talking about the case status. I'm assuming that we will have to wait a few weeks once the case updates to finally receive the greencard. Hopefully I'm wrong!

Question about the Ssn application for a k1?

On the application, do we put legal alien allowed to work or legal alien not allowed to work? I'm assuming the latter because our ead application is pending? But then it asks for a document from a government agency explaining why we need a ssn. What have people done for that? Thanks.

We have my husband's green card interview next month and are prepping the paperwork. I changed my last name since we filed. Should I update my name on the forms to match my current name? Any other tips?

I recently applied for my passport and my 11 year old daughter s, as well. Her biological father lives overseas and signed the DS 3053 form of passport consent. The form was virtually witnessed by a notary in the states. I recently received a letter from the passport office saying I needed to provide the consent again but signed physically in front of a notary and I needed to provide proof of custody, and additional documents proving that she has lived with me since she moved to the States. I was never married to her biological father and we have joint custody but she lives with me. We never had any sort of court ordered document that states the agreed living situation. I do have a swore statement that her father and myself did that allows my daughter to leave Colombia with either one of the parents. My questions are:

*if her father signs and gets the document notarized in the US embassy in Colombia will that suffice or does he also have to get a sworn statement that says he allows my daughter to physically live with me in the states. ( we have lived in the US for 4 years already)

*Also, how would the process be to get an appointment in the Embassy when he is not a US citizen?

*If her passport application isn t approved would we get her Green card back? C2DB1B16-A8BC-4CFF-9DF7-7611741852F0.thumb.jpeg.aec47c380358ff7801822c0207be65cb.jpeg

I-864 instead of I-134 for Affidavit of Support?

Fianc e is off tot he airport to fly to Bogot . Visa interview for K1 (and K2 for son) in Monday.

And, of course, just now I realized I completed the I-864 Affidavit of Support that typically is filed with immigrant visas and not the I-134 that is typically filed with non-immigrant visas like the K1. Damn.

In addition to the I-864 she also has:

Bank statement from 5+ years ago showing both our names.

Two credit cards on our joint accounts.

My IRS Transcripts for last 3 years.

My most recent year's W2.

Copies of all my paychecks for past 6 months.

Is this a problem? Anyone submit the I-864 on a K1 visa in Bogot ?
