US Immigration from Colombia

Buenas Noches,

Una familiar contrajo matrimonio con un ciudadano americano hace unos meses, en la actualidad ella se encuentra en USA con visa de turista y desea iniciar sus proceso de obtencion de green card, segun lo que ella ha investigado su esposo debe hacer la aplicacion I-130 mientras ella permanece en USA y por otro lado esta la opcion de hacerlo atraves de la CR1 mientras ella esta en Mexico, cual es la forma en la que el proceso se demora menos? y sobre todo cual es la forma adecuada de iniciar el proceso?

My friend need opinion about her case :

She married an American citizen and they sent I130 in Dec 2021. They only have NOA1 and need to urgently travel to their country due to illness of the mother. can she send the I131 travel permit now or need to wait approval their petition?

Can you mess up your spouse s green card holder status if your family gets public/govt assistance like for daycare? We ve moved to a new city and my wife wants to work but we don t have enough for daycare and wanted to know what the possibilities are. I specifically remember something like immigrants can t get assistance from the govt or something like that. Is that accurate? Thanks so much for your help!!

Is the extension letter still valid after we attend our removal of conditions interview? Is travel allowed while the green card arrives?

My cousin (A Colombian citizen) is marrying a USC but, with the current backlog in USCIS, which avenue will be most recommended? K-1 route or CR1.

Also, my cousin has a nine year old boy, would he be able to travel with his mother?, would the USC can petition for him?
