US Immigration from Cameroon

My wife is abroad currently awaiting her I-130 to go through to eventually get a CR1 visa to come here. After she comes, how long does she have until she has to the file the adjustment of status form? I'm trying to understand timelines here for the next part of the process and what she's able to do in the meantime, thanks.

Theoretically the goal is to get processing times back down to historical norms by September this year, with I-130s being back down to the far more reasonable level of 6 months. But honestly, how successful has it been? Processing times seem to keep going up, not down. Any thoughts on what their efforts are, and if anyone knows what they've tried that's worked and what hasn't?

My husband had a interview Jan 11 and was given a 221g requesting for medical and additional relationship evidence and to drop his passport at the designated drop box. I have two dependents on my taxes, which is my grandmother and stepbrother, and I failed to tell my husband about it because I didn t know they were going to ask about it and she was so focused on my taxes thinking I had children that she didn t ask for any pictures or history of our marriage, so for three weeks we were put in administrative processing and my husband was emailed on the Feb 2 saying the CO requested a follow up interview. Has anyone experienced this and can tell me what to expect?

Do anyone know what month did Cameroon issue IL are they done for the year and already scheduled for December?
