US Immigration from Brazil

Hi,

We're working on my husband's DS-260 and we're confused about the delivery of the green card and social security card. I saw there's an option to specify that the green card be delivered to a different address from the beneficiary's intended US address. Would the social security card automatically be sent to that alternative address? I'm asking because my current address isn't permanent, so even though it'll be my husband's intended US address, at some point in 2021, I'll move and maybe that'll happen after his interview/POE but before his green card and social security card are delivered. It would be safer to have these delivered to my mom's address.

I thought about including my mom's address as his intended US address since it's the most permanent address we'll have, but it seems weird for his intended address and my current address to not match on the application.

My parents have tourist visa. What would be the correct way to bring them to the US?

Should I apply I-130 for each one of them while they wait in their country or can they fly and enter as a tourist in the US and then apply for a I-485 at the same time for a I-130 while staying in the US?

Well, my situation is that I submitted my naturalization process on basis of military service. Therefore, I submitted my N-400 form along with N-426 form (military service certification). The thing is...TODAY I got a Request For Evidence (RFE) simply because I didn't ask in my unit for an O-6 or above to certify the N-426. Now they are asking me to reply with the certified document so they can process my case. But here is the thing, I was reading the instructions of the N-426 form and it says that IF you are separated from ACTIVE DUTY then you don't have to certify with anyone since you went to the reserves, which is our case of National Guard members, we go to the reserves component. I have my DD-214 here at home but before I submit I wanted to make sure what is the right thing to do because we only have one chance to respond a RFE or we might get denied. I contacted USCIS as well and I'm waiting on their response! Can someone please give me some light?

My husband and I are gathering the documents we need to send to NVC. Based on where my husband has lived, he will need to send three Brazilian police certificates (one federal one and two state ones (Rio and S o Paulo)). However, since he doesn't have a S o Paulo ID, he'll have to get this state police certificate in person instead of online. Will NVC only begin reviewing our case once we've submitted all documents or can we submit this second state police certificate later when my husband is able to travel to S o Paulo?

Up until recently, the dates at https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/ for the latest approved EAD and AP were moving very quickly. Since about a month ago, those dates are still exactly the same (June 7 and June 11, respectively). Consequently, my own EAD/AP expected approval date keeps moving back -- it was February, and now it's back to June.

What's going on here? Did USCIS stop processing newer EAD/AP requests? Or is this just a problem with how the site is reporting or calculating the most recent dates?
