Hey everyone, just another random question in regards to the upcoming ROC package submission. I would just like some clarification please:

For the alien registration number, do I type in the number from the GC or the number that was used for NOA2 during the K1 process?? It makes more sense to me to use the number associated to the GC...

Thank you for your time!

Hey everyone, This weekend I plan to finally submit my wife's ROC package. Just wanted to share my cover letter. After reading some previous posts about the topic of a cover letter, I realize it's not necesary for the package, but my wife and I both feel more confident if we submit one anyways. So, this is what we have:

Wife's middle name spelled incorrectly on son's birth certificate, do we really need to fix it?

Hi,

Just got our son's birth certificate in the mail....despite filling everything out (and spelling everything) correctly, my wife's middle name is spelled wrong! There's a single letter present in the middle name that actually shouldn't be present.

I plan on using the birth certificate as evidence of our continuing marriage when we remove conditions. Is this misspelling going to cause issues for using the birth certificate as evidence??

Thanks!

These are the numbers for CR1 and IR1 visas issued in Brazil. There are 2 PDFs available on the website. But each document has different numbers:

February 2021 - IV Issuances by FSC and Visa Class: CR1: 4 / IR1: 24

February 2021 - IV Issuances by Post and Visa Class: CR1: 2 / IR1: 20

Does it make sense for there to be different totals?

(Note: The only place in Brazil that does interviews is Rio de Janeiro)
