US Immigration from Brazil

I just sent my husband forms to USCIS in Chicago last Wednesday, December 8th and USPS says it was delivered Friday, December 10th in the afternoon. I still didn t get any response from them saying that they got it, should I be worried?

Hello. I'm in the U.S (PA) with a K1 visa. I just got married (using my maiden's name) and on the marriage license there was nothing about changing names. It was also not asked if we wanted to change it at the application time, or marriage ceremony.
I would like to change my last name to my husband's, and I haven't filled AOS or SSN yet. How can I legally change my name? Do I just fill out AOS and SSN with the new marriage name even if on the marriage license my name is the maiden's name? Is that legal?

What do you plan on doing now that it s required to enter the US and required before you get your visa? I am lost on what to do because getting these vaccines is not an option.

I have got an immigrant visa, and now I am getting ready to immigrate.

My immigrant visa is for an EB3 green card.

What happens if in the meantime my employer gives up?

Would I still be allowed to use this immigrant visa to immigrate?

We need your help, It s time for me to apply for the removal of conditions on my green card and we are not sure on how to proceed, Our situation is : my husband and I were separated for 1.5 years and now we are back together and trying to work on our marriage because we love each other and want to stay together and make it work. We have a house and an apartment, my husband works from home at our house and comes over to our apartment after work ( he stays at our house 3 days a week taking care of some things so on those days we are not together) my questions is as we now have 2 addresses which my husband has his work station in our house and he comes over to our apartment after his work day and I stay mostly in our apartment which is closer to my work, but when we did our paperwork at first we used the address of our house only because we didn t have the apartment. When we were separated I was getting a lot of my mail at my work (deliveries) and the rest of the mail goes to our house. So we need to know how we should file for my removal of conditions? Should it be jointly? If so should we mention our other address? Should we explain this in the paperwork? We need all the help we can get because my timeline to send the papers is less than a month because my GC expires in February .
