US Immigration from Brazil

Hello.

I got married in the USA and came back to Brazil right after that, I never lived there, I just went as a tourist, my husband is American and he is there in Florida. On the day of the curt wedding, when filling out the form there was a question about where I lived, my husband and I were in doubt if we could put that I lived in Brazil, so the court agent advised us to put my home address the same as him, in this case, the American address.

Question 1

I am going to apply now for the cr1 visa and my marriage certificate states that I live in Florida, but I am in Brazil and I live here. Can this cause problems in the visa process?
On I-130 put my home address in Brazil.
I have I-94 that proves that I only entered the US as a tourist and never resided there.

Question 2

After I apply for a visa, I am planning to visit my husband now during a pandemic, and I need to take the marriage certificate to prove the relationship and to be able to travel, will the agents let me travel with the marriage certificate saying that I reside in Florida?

I'm not in the AOS process yet, I'm currently in my homecoutry and I work as a freelancer and I'm planning on making ends meet with passive income now through a RedBubble store
I get my payments through paypal (with a brazilian address on there, so I get the money in my own currency, not in dollars) and transfer them to my bank account in my home country
but I have freelance clients in my homecountry and in the US

I know it's illegal to work during the process of AOS, but I wanted to get more into detail as how does freelance and passive income get categorized with the legal stuff

PS: Idk if everybody knows what passive income is, so here goes basic explanation
RedBubble is a website where you can upload illustrations and photos, for example
and then people can buy shirts, mugs, etc with your illustration or photo printed on it
the products are sold in the US, but the only thing I actually do is upload my art (the website takes care of printing and shipping)
and then I earn a percentage of the sales that stays on my account balance on the website
after that I can transfer from there to my paypal account

so I wonder if I would have to close my store during AOS and stop freelancing or if there are ways of keep doing what I do

So this pandemic affected us all and a bunch of plans fell apart
Me and my fianc are trying to figure out which visa to get for me now that the costs increased (specially for the AOS)

Can anyone help me out with what are the detailed costs for both processes, start to finish (until GC in hand) after the prices are reajusted (i guess it takes effect in october)

Also with the delays + plus the furlough this month I'm seeing this thing is gonna take looooong hahhaah but let's stay strong?

Like a lot of people here, my extension letter is about to expire soon, and if it wasn't for COVID we could make an infopass appointment to get the I-551 stamp on our passport to have proof of status.

I know we can call USCIS and request an appointment nowadays, but I read here that they will only accept it if you prove there is an emergency, such as you need to leave the country.

My question is: who has successfully called USCIS during COVID and got an appointment scheduled to get the stamp? What did you say? How did you prove emergency?

Hi I would like to know if someone can help me and tell me how much is exactly the correct values that I have to pay for my AOS forms, I came to US with K1 visa and now I am applying for AOS but my package come back twice and in my notice of action they said I didnt payed the correct fees, I sent a check of $1225 dollars and also called to USCIS and they said this value was correct, ( I apply for I485 I765 I131), so I am lost cause I dont know what I am doing wrong
