US Immigration from Brazil

Hi all,

So we got our biometrics notice about 2 or 3 weeks ago in the mail and went to the actual appointment yesterday. When we got back home, we checked online to see if there was an update and there was, they had changed the status to "Actively being reviewed by USCIS". The next morning (Today), my wife received an email saying there was an update, and we thought it was the same one we saw yesterday, but when we signed on, it said the card was being produced! We looked at the documents and saw there was the approval notice that was posted yesterday, the same day as our biometrics appointment, saying that we will receive the card in 7-10 days.

So now we're wondering if this is a mistake or if anyone has had a similar experience? Mostly asking because our AP status has not changed at all and we filed them together. Or if we'll be receiving two different cards for EAP and AP?

My wife just got her conditional green card for 2 years after getting her K1. When it expires in 2 years, how will she be able to work and drive legally when it expires and we wait for her 10 year GC?

Saw a few people were able to expedite a the EAD process based on job offers. My spouse is processing an AOS here, could she pursue jobs, get an offer, and then request her application to be expedited?

I came to the USA with the k1 visa, I applied for the adjustment of status, I am waiting for the biometrics, my problem is that I provide marketing advice, but I do not receive any money in Brazil and I do not have a registered company nor do I receive money in the USA, but I have a social network with my project that would be more like a digital influencer, I would like to know if I will have problems with the green card since I replied that I don't work on the form because I don't have anything registered as income.

Hi everyone

My greencard expires in August/2021. I am going to be out of the US for 20 days in June/2021, Is that ok go on that trip after sending my package (I-751 ROC)?

I will still probably be without the extension letter by the beginning of June.
