I am about to send a request letter to USCIS to convert my i751 filed joint into a waiver divorce. So me and my ex are still living in the same apartment, we have a lot of bills and we are trying to help each other financially. Is that going to cause any issues to USCIS since we don t live separate? Thank you for your help
