US Immigration from Bosnia-Herzegovina

Hello everyone,

So here is my situation. I applied for I-751 while I was still married to my ex husband. Later on, we got divorced while my I-751 was pending. I notified USCIS about the change and sent the divorce decree. I haven t hear anything from USCIS for over a year after that. Today I got a letter for RFE, that I didn t submit enough evidence that we entered the marriage in a good faith and USCIS is asking for more evidences. The problem is, I don t have any other evidences besides the ones that I already sent while I was still with my ex. I only have some pictures from some places that we went while we were still together before divorce. I am planning on sending the same letter I already sent to notify USCIS about my situation and divorce decree.

Here is my question, can USCIS deny my petition without interview? I spoke to my ex and he told me that he is willing to come with me for an interview if they schedule one for me.

Hi everyone,

I have my conditional green card that s been expired and my I-751 is pending. I moved to the US on K1 visa but in the meantime I got divorced while my I-751 is pending and of course I notified USCIS about that.

Anyway,my father wants to apply for a tourist visa this summer to visit me, and I am little concerned if he might be denied because of my status.

Did everyone have had this situation?

I have been reading a lot about whole us immigration process and my head is about to explode so I hope you can help me.

I am citizen of Bosnia-Herzegovina, I have B1/B2 visa and my boyfriend is natural born US citizen. I visited US twice in last 6 months, I stayed 2 weeks only both times. We want to get married and live there together and we are finding the simplest way to do it without having to be separated long time. We are together for year and a half, we have been traveling together and meeting but it is hard to be away from each other.

So he met 2 different attorneys and both said that it would be fine for me to enter US on my current visa and get married there and then apply for AOS. After reading things online and here on VJ I saw that it can be considered fraud and result in deportation. So I am confused why would attorneys advice that.

Our relationship is genuine, we can prove that and I am not marrying for the GC. And last thing I want is getting in problems with law.
Does anyone have experience marrying in the US on B1/B2 and applying for AOS? Is there a better option?

Question to all as this has me scratching my head. This link from CDC is a faq on covid vaccines requirement. Per CDC, only non-immigrant visas including K-1 require proof of covid-19 vaccine. IMMIGRANT visas do not (as immigrant visa holders turn LPRs upon activation if their visa/processing at POE).

On what authority is DOS changing DS-3026 (medical examination of immigrants) to require covid-19 vaccine when it goes against CDC rules?
