My fianc will interview through the Bolivian embassy for his K-1 interview. I've seen conflicting information on the forum about the K-1 requirements for translated documents. He will get his birth certificate, background check and any other documents translated by a certified ATA translator who will provide a statement certifying the validity of their services. Do I also need to get that translation certification document notarized? I'm hoping that someone with experience with the Bolivian US embassy might be able to weigh in. Thanks in advance!

Hello I have received an email about RFE (I don't know what is about yet) my VAWA was approved last year, I think they want to know about my jobs since I received my EAD where I worked? This is my issue, I rented out my house and that was my income, I never needed to use an EAD will that explanation be enough for them since I have not worked for any employer? Thank you in advance

My fianc no longer has his vaccination records and doesn't have a way to get a copy of his records. My understanding is that he needs to be fully vaccinated against various diseases (following the list given by USCIS) before his medical appointment. We submitted our petition September 8, 2021 and don't expect to hear back about it for several months more, but we would like to try to figure out a solution before we have an interview date. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions of ways to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

This is so annoying, we go to the N 400 today and my wife passes all test and signs the oath of allegiance. She comes out after about 20 minutes later and asked me to come speak with the officer. The officer says he cant make a decision because our I 751 10 year green card isn't approved (yes its not approved we are still waiting on I 751 10 year green card interview) but because my wife is eligible for citizenship we did N 400 and she took test today and passed everything and was given a piece of paper with the little X mark on it saying the English, civics and history passed. The officer also stated we were the 3rd person today that passed but a decision couldn't be made. He also complained he was only given 20 minutes per interview. He said we would get something in the mail but didn't say when or if we would be required to submit anything further or come back for an interview. So now what? Do we really need to wait for the I 751 10 year green card interview? Or are they needing something or wanting to look through the I 751 10 year green card documents we sent in last year before decision? How long is best guess before we hear something? Thanks

Greetings everyone this is my first post I hope be helpfull and find some clarifications here from your expirencies. I entered to USA with a B2 Visa 4 times I got married in Washington DC this year Im starting the Adjustment of Status process, and I have somo confussion in Form I-130 que point regarding the Form I-94 information , in one question says (((Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or Form I-95 (mm/dd/yyyy) or type or print "D/S" for Duration of Status ))) As I said Ive been entering to the country a couple of times, last time this 2021, however in my online I94 is shown that my last entry was in 2018, never had any issues at the airports or anything like that. Should I contact some offices for this or just type what the website says??? Im a little lost
